If you are a Belgian customer and you want an invoice of your order - please send us an email with your company details and we will send you an invoice.

For customers who want to place an order with a VAT number (within the EU but outside BE), please contact us on to place your order. This option is not available yet at our check-out.

Made to order

Please note that we are a small company and most of our bags are handmade to order. From the moment of placing the order, allow up to 3-4 weeks production time before shipping. We will keep you updated via email about when your order will be shipped.

If we have the item that you've ordered in stock, we will let you know it can be shipped right away.

If we’ll be in any way delayed with the production of your order, due to high demand or if we’re low in supplies, we will contact you as soon as possible after placing the order to inform you about the extended production period

If you need the item by a certain date - for instance, as a gift -  please contact us before placing your order, so we can have a look at the possibilities.

Gift cards

If you would like to purchase a gift card for someone, please contact us at to personally arrange a gift card. You can choose a gift card for the amount of the chosen bag (including or excluding shipping costs) and we will send you either a physical gift card or digital gift card with a unique code, depending on where you are located.


Order cancellations must be made within one week of placing the order to receive a full refund. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, NONA will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the order. In case you wish to return your order, please contact us at for further instructions. To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received. Refunds will only be given for the item itself, excluding shipping costs. Please note that the return of the purchase is at the expense and risk of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any items that were lost during the return process. NONA will commit to refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned items. 

If your item was faulty at the moment of delivery, please contact us immediately so we can take care of the issue.

Product care

NONA bags are made of soft leather with a natural grain. Because leather is a natural product, it is subject to small imperfections, like scars and grains. This makes every bag a 100% unique. 

Please keep in mind that leather is sensitive to light, heat and liquids. Use a damp cloth to clean your bag every so often. If you have a stain, try to remove it using a cotton cloth or tissue and clean with a damp cloth afterwards. If your bag is wet from the rain, give it time to dry naturally; don’t expose it to sunlight or dry it in front of the heating. To keep the leather supple and prevent it from drying out, use a small amount of colorless leather wax to condition your bag a couple of times a year. Colors may change over time.
