Custom requests
We’ve been looking for a new way of incorporating custom requests, that will make it easier for us to schedule them into our routine. We have opened up a booking system that will (soon) show our availability to book a custom request and the option to book the production of a made to order limited edition bag, including personal leather sourcing session on the date and time of booking.

How it works
There are two options in our booking system: you can make a booking for a limited edition bag (like Box Bag in Azure or Olive that are now available to book). Limited edition bags will be paid in advance and will be made to order starting on the date of your booking, with a production lead time of 4-5 weeks. You won't have to be available on the date of your booking.
The other option is to book a custom request. We offer most of our models to be custom made in a personally sourced color. For custom requests we ask a standard pre-payment of €150. The date and time booked will be for your personal leather souring session. Before this session, we will be in touch to discuss your color wishes. We always have some leather available in our atelier and might already have something for you.
In case we need to find you a new color, the personal leather sourcing session (via WhatsApp) will take place on the date and time of your booking (with an additional cost of €35 for the service will be added to your second payment). We schedule a trip to our local leather store to find you 3-4 leather suggestions that we'll send to you via WhatsApp. In case we cannot find you a fitting leather option, your custom request will be cancelled and you’ll receive a refund of your pre-payment minus a €15 consultation fee.
Please note you will have to be available on your custom request booking date and time so we can reach out to you via WhatsApp with leather suggestions. This is the time we will be at our local leather store to source leather.
After finding you the right leather color, we'll schedule the production of your bag. Please note after the booking date, the production lead time is 4-5 weeks.
Please note all booked dates are the start date of production of the order. Production lead time is 4-6 weeks.
Leather sourcing
If you're looking for a bag in a color that we don't offer in our collection, you can make a booking for a custom request. We will be in touch to go over your color wishes. We always have some leather options directly available in our atelier. In case we have a leather option for your custom request available in our atelier, a personal leather sourcing session via WhatsApp will take place on the date and time of your booking. We will send you 3-4 color suggestions. The leather for custom requests is leather that is handpicked at our local leather store, these leathers are often leftover/dead stock hides, that's why they are one of a kind. This leather is different from the leather that is used for the core collection that is available in our webshop.
If your custom request requires a personal leather sourcing session, an additional fee of €35 will be added to your second payment.
Pricing
As of January 2025, we're updating our prices for custom bags. Please find the new prices below. Custom requests will require a standard pre-payment of €150 upon making your booking. The second payment depends on the price of the bag plus additional fees like leather sourcing (€35) and other customizations.
For other small customizations (like length of shoulder strap, adding a zipper), an additional fee will be added to your second payment after setting the price with you.
All custom orders are handmade in our own atelier in Arnhem (NL) and have different prices than our core collection. We offer the following models to be custom made:
