Custom requests
Our production schedule for custom orders that require a handpicked color is fully booked at the moment - we work with a waitlist.
Custom orders made from leather that we have available in our atelier can be scheduled sooner, please ask us for the color options that are available or schedule a studio visit with us in Rotterdam.

Handpicked leather
The leather used for our custom orders is different from the leather used for our core collection.
The leather for custom requests will be handpicked at our local leather store after discussing your color wishes. These leathers are often leftover/deadstock pieces - that’s why we can only make one or a few bags out of each piece of leather. Please note that these type of requests usually take up a longer period of time since it requires a trip to the leather store and personally finding you the right leather.
Available leather
We always have some leather options directly available in our atelier. If you wish to see our current options, please reach out to us. At the moment we have available: a vegetable-tanned black leather, a reddish burgundy and a crushed glossy red/brown. For smaller bags like the Box Bag, we have some more color options from leftover pieces of leather.
Pricing
All custom orders are handmade in our own atelier in Rotterdam (NL) and have different prices than our core collection. We offer the following models to be custom made:

Please note that custom orders have a production lead time of 4-6 weeks, after being confirmed. If you place a custom order, we'll inform you about the estimated production time of your order.
For custom orders we ask a pre-payment of 50% via bank transfer as a confirmation of your order. We’ll start with the production of the bag when we have received the pre-payment. The other 50% of the payment and shipping costs can be completed when your order is ready to be shipped.
Sold out and pre-order
Because we want to avoid overproduction, we only produce small quantities every time we release or restock a design or color. Once a color is sold out, we will do our best to restock the item as soon as possible. If you have your eye on a sold out item, please get in touch at: info@nonahandbags.com for more information or if you want to place a pre-order.
Please note: this applies to our core collection. If you're interested in a sold out limited edition bag, please find info above about custom requests.
For pre-orders we ask a pre-payment of 50% via bank transfer as confirmation of your order. The other half of the payment and shipping costs will be completed when your order is ready to be shipped.
