Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations must be made within 24h of placing the order to receive a full refund. Inform us via info@nonahandbags.com to cancel your order.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, NONA will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the order. Please contact us at info@nonahandbags.com for further information in case you want to return your order.

To receive a full refund in case of a return, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received.

Refunds will only be given for the item itself, excluding shipping costs. Please note that the return of the purchase is at the expense and risk of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any items that were lost during the return process.

NONA will commit to refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
