Refund policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, NONA will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the order. We can provide a return shipping label for you at the flat rate of €8,50 (only available for EU orders). If you're returning from outside the EU, we kindly ask you to arrange the return yourself. Please contact us at info@nonahandbags.com for further information in case you wish to return your order.

To receive a full refund in case of a return, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received.

Refunds will only be given for the item itself, excluding shipping costs. Please note that the return of the purchase is at the expense and risk of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any items that were lost during the return process.

NONA will commit to refund your purchase within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the returned items.

Order cancellations

Order cancellations must be made within 24h of placing the order (before shipping) to receive a full refund. Inform us via info@nonahandbags.com to cancel your order or head to our Shipping & Returns page to fill out the order cancellation request form. 

Faulty items

If your item was faulty at the moment of delivery, please contact us immediately so we can take care of the issue: info@nonahandbags.com
