Local customers are very welcome to stop by our home atelier in Rotterdam (NL) to have a look at our bags, try on the bags and take a look at custom leather options and jewelry - send us an email or DM on Instagram. We'd love to meet you!
Customers from Holland and Belgium also have the option to pick up their order for free at our home atelier in Rotterdam. Choose 'local pick-up' at out website check-out and we'll contact you within 24h after placing your order to schedule a pick-up date and send you the address details.
We offer multiple payment options by creditcard or debit card. Please find all payment options below:

For giftcards or custom items please get in touch with us via email to place your order: email@example.com. Payments for giftcards or custom orders can be made via bank transfer or can be payed in cash.
Please note that all prices shown on the website include 21% VAT. If you're a customer within the EU, the VAT rate from your country will be applied in the webshop check-out after entering your address. If you are a customer shopping from outside of the EU, the price of the item(s) will be calculated without VAT at the website check-out; when you have filled in your address information.
If you are a Dutch customer and you want an invoice of your order - please send us an email with your company details and we will send you an invoice.
For customers who want to place an order with a VAT number (within the EU but outside NL), please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order instead of placing your order via the website. This option is not available yet at our check-out!
We strive to ship all handbag orders asap, with a maximum of 3 working days. If we have a lot of orders to process, we prefer to collect the shipments over a few of days so we can ship them all at once.
Most of our jewelry is in stock. In case the items are not in stock, the jewelry will be made to order; please then allow a maximum of 7-10 days to get your order ready.
If you've ordered a made to order item (it will tell you in the product description), we will contact you via email after placing the order to inform you about the expected production lead time.
If you've placed an order for multiple items, including an item that has to be made to order; we'll wait with shipping out your order until all items are ready.
With every order, you'll receive an email update with shipping information once your order is ready to go.
We are a small company and we prepare and pack all the items ourselves. If we are in any way delayed to ship your order, we will contact you as soon as possible after placing the order to inform you about the extended shipping time.
Made to order
Some of the bags we offer in our shop are available as made to order items. This means that the bag will be made after placing your order. To give you more options to choose from, whilst at the same time making only what’s necessary (a rule we live by!), we’ve decided to make these bags available to purchase directly in our shop, instead of placing your order via email.
It will tell you in the product description if the item will be made to order. If so, it will also give an idea of the production lead time, ranging from 2-6 weeks. We'll email you after you placing your order, to give you a better estimate of the lead time. Please note that the production times can vary depending on our schedule. Your bag will be made to order in our atelier in Rotterdam (NL).
When your item is ready, we'll send you an email update to let you know your bag is on its way.

Sold out and pre-order
Because we want to avoid overproduction, we only produce small quantities every time we release or restock a design or color. Once a color from our core collection is sold out, we will do our best to restock the item as soon as possible. If you have your eye on a sold out item, please get in touch at: firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or if you want to place a pre-order.
Please note: this applies to our core collection. If you're interested in a sold out limited edition bag, please find info below about custom requests.
For pre-orders we ask a down payment of 50% via bank transfer. The other 50% of the payment and shipping costs will be completed when your order is ready to be shipped.
If a limited edition color is sold out, you can reach out to us for a custom request via email@example.com. We can tell you if it's possible to purchase more leather in this particular color. If so, we can make this bag especially for you in our own atelier.
If you prefer one of our bags in a color that we don't offer, you can also reach out to us via email or Instagram about a custom request. We'll do our best to find the color you desire in our local leather shop. Custom requests will be made to order in our own atelier and have different prices than our core collection. Please note that custom orders have a production lead time of 4-6 weeks depending on our schedule. If you place a custom order, we'll inform you about the estimated production lead time of your order.
If you would like to purchase a gift card for someone, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a personal gift card.
You can choose any amount you want to gift and we will provide you with a digital card (that can be printed or forwarded digitally) that states the amount it is worth, the name of the receiver and comes with a personalized code that can be applied in our webshop check-out.
Gift cards can't be purchased through the webshop, only via email. Payments can be made via bank transfer. Once we've received your payment, the webshop code will be activated! Our gift cards will never expire.

Order cancellations must be made before the order has been shipped (preferably within 24h) to receive a full refund including shipping costs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the order. In case you wish to return your order, please contact us at email@example.com for further instructions. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received.
Refunds will only be given for the item itself, excluding all shipping costs. Please note that the return of the purchase is at the expense and risk of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any items that were lost during the return process. NONA will commit to refund your purchase as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 30 days, after receiving the returned items.
If your item was faulty at the moment of receiving it, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can take care of the issue.
