Local customers are very welcome to stop by our home atelier in Rotterdam (NL) to have a look at our bags, try on the bags and take a look at custom leather options and jewelry - send us an email or DM on Instagram. We'd love to meet you!
Customers from Holland and Belgium also have the option to pick up their order for free at our home atelier in Rotterdam. Choose 'local pick-up' at out website check-out and we'll contact you within 24h after placing your order to schedule a pick-up date and send you the address details.
We offer multiple payment options by creditcard or debit card. Please find all payment options below:

For giftcards or custom items please get in touch with us via email to place your order: firstname.lastname@example.org. Payments for giftcards in personalized amounts or custom orders can be made via bank transfer or can be payed in cash at pick-up.
Please note that all prices shown on the website include 21% VAT. If you're a customer within the EU, the VAT rate from your country will be applied in the webshop check-out after entering your address. If you are a customer shopping from outside of the EU, the price of the item(s) will be calculated without VAT at the website check-out; after you have filled out your address information.
If you are a Dutch customer and you want an invoice of your order - please send us an email with your company details and we will send you an invoice.
For customers who want to place an order with a VAT number (within the EU but outside NL), please contact us on email@example.com to place your order instead of placing your order via the website. This option is not available yet at our check-out.
Momentarily we ship twice a week. We save up shipments from a few of days of the week, so we can ship them all at once.
Most of our jewelry is in stock. In case the items are not in stock, the jewelry will be made to order; please then allow a maximum of 7-10 days to get your order ready.
If your item is made to order (it will tell you in the product description), we will contact you via email after placing the order to inform you about the expected production lead time.
If you've placed an order for multiple items, including an item that has to be made to order; we'll wait with shipping out your order until all items are ready.
With every order, you'll receive an email update with shipping information once your order is ready to go.
We are a small company and we prepare and pack all the items ourselves. If we are in any way delayed to ship your order, we will contact you as soon as possible after placing the order to inform you about the extended shipping time.
Sold out and pre-order
Because we want to avoid overproduction, we only produce small quantities every time we release or restock a design or color. Once a color from our core collection is sold out, we will do our best to restock the item as soon as possible. If you have your eye on a sold out item, please get in touch at: firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or if you want to place a pre-order.
For pre-orders we ask a down payment of 50% via bank transfer. The other 50% of the payment and shipping costs will be completed when your order is ready to be shipped.
Our production schedule for custom orders is fully booked at the moment.
If you prefer one of our bags in a color that we don't offer, you can reach out to us about a custom request via email@example.com.
The leather used for our custom orders is different from the leather used for our core collection. It is handpicked at our local leather store, which are often leftover / dead stock pieces of leather (that’s why we can only make a few bags out of each piece of leather).
We always have some leather options available in our atelier. If you wish to see our current options, please reach out to us.
If you’re looking for a particular color that we don’t have, we can take a look at leather options at our local leather store the next time we’re buying leather.

Looking for the perfect gift? We now have digital gift cards available in our webshop.
Because we don’t always have our core collection bags in stock at every time, a gift card might be the perfect gift. Save your voucher for when new items arrive or use it to place a pre-order for your favorite sold-out bag.
E-cards are now available in the webshop for €100, €150 and €200. For tailored amounts please reach out to us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
E-card will be sent to your email address within 12h after placing the order and contains a personalized code that can be used in our webshop check-out. Our gift cards don't expire.
Order cancellations must be made before the order has been shipped (preferably within 24h) to receive a full refund including shipping costs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the order. In case you wish to return your order, please contact us at email@example.com for further instructions. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received.
Refunds will only be given for the item itself, excluding all shipping costs. Please note that the return of the purchase is at the expense and risk of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any items that were lost during the return process. NONA will commit to refund your purchase as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 30 days, after receiving the returned items.
If your item was faulty at the moment of receiving it, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can take care of the issue.
