Please note that all prices shown on the website include 21% VAT. This VAT rate is applied to all orders within the EU. If you are a customer shopping from outside of the EU, the price of the item(s) will be calculated without 21% VAT at check-out; based on your address information.
If you are a Dutch customer and you want an invoice of your order - please send us an email with your company details and we will send you an invoice.
For customers who want to place an order with a VAT number (within the EU but outside NL), please contact us on email@example.com to place your order instead of placing your order via the website. This option is not available yet at our check-out!

*Important Brexit information: we can't ship to the UK at the moment due to a lot of uncertainty on the new Brexit regulations. As soon as the rules on exporting to the UK are clear, we will ship again. If you would like to purchase anything in the meantime, we can hold the item for you.*
We strive to ship all handbag orders within 1-3 working days.
Please note that our jewelry is made to order; allow a maximum of 7-10 days to get your order ready. We always try to have some jewelry in stock; if we do have the particular item(s) in stock at the moment of ordering, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days!
If you've placed an order for a handbag and jewelry; we'll wait with shipping out your order until all items are ready.
With every order; you'll receive an email update with shipping information once your order is ready to go.
We are a very small company and we prepare and pack all the items ourselves. If we are in any way delayed to ship your order, we will contact you as soon as possible after placing the order to inform you about the extended shipping time.
Sold out and pre-order
Because we want to avoid overproduction, we only produce small quantities every time we release a new design or new color. Once a color is sold out, we will do our best to re-stock the item as soon as possible. If you have your eye on a sold out item, please get in touch at: firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to place a pre-order. This applies to our permanent collection and generally doesn't count for our limited editions!
If you prefer one of our bags in a certain color that we don't offer in our shop, we handle custom requests. We'll have a look in our local leather shop to find the color you prefer. Custom requests will be handmade in our own atelier and have different prices than our permanent collection. We offer the following models to be custom made:

If you would like to purchase a gift card for someone, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a personal gift card! During the Holiday season we only offer digital gift cards via email.
You can choose any amount you want to spend and we will provide you with a digital card (that can be printed on A4 format or can be forwarded digitally) that states the amount it is worth, the name of the receiver and comes with a personalized code that can be applied in our webshop check-out.
Gift cards can't be purchased through the webshop, only via email. Payments can be made via bank transfer. Once we've received your payment, the webshop code will be activated!
Order cancellations must be made before the order has been shipped (preferably within 24h) to receive a full refund including shipping costs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, NONA will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the order. In case you wish to return your order, please contact us at email@example.com for further instructions. To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received. Refunds will only be given for the item itself, excluding shipping costs. Please note that the return of the purchase is at the expense and risk of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any items that were lost during the return process. NONA will commit to refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
