Order cancellations
Order cancellations must be made within 24h of placing the order to receive a full refund. Inform us via info@nonahandbags.com to cancel your order.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the order. In case you wish to return your order, please contact us at info@nonahandbags.com for further instructions. We can provide you with a return shipping label (only available for EU orders). Please note that refunds will only be given for the item itself, excluding shipping costs. We will hold an amount of your refund to cover the shipping costs.
To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received.
The return of the purchase is at the expense and risk of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any items that were lost during the return process. NONA will commit to refund your purchase as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days, after receiving the returned items.
Defects

Made to order
If you've ordered a made to order item (it will tell you in the product description), we will contact you via email after placing the order to inform you about the production lead time. Most of our jewelry is in stock. In case the items are not in stock, the jewelry will be made to order; please then allow a maximum of 7-10 days to get your order ready.
If you've placed an order for multiple items, including an item that has to be made to order; we'll wait with shipping your order until all items are ready.
We are a small company and we prepare and pack all the items ourselves. If we are in any way delayed with shipping your order, we will contact you as soon as possible after placing the order to inform you about the extended shipping time.
We pack all our items in eco-friendly paper and carton - no plastic. We also re-use paper that was used in shipments from our manufacturer to pack our items. It would be great if you could also recycle the paper and carton that was used for your shipment <3
