Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the order. In case you wish to return your order, please contact us at info@nonahandbags.com for further instructions. We can provide you with a return shipping label (only available for EU orders). Please note that refunds will only be given for the item itself, excluding shipping costs. We withhold an amount of your refund to cover the shipping costs.
To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received.
The return of the purchase is at the expense and risk of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any items that were lost during the return process. NONA will commit to refund your purchase within a maximum of 30 days, after receiving the returned items.
Order cancellations
Order cancellations must be made within 24h of placing the order - before shipping - to receive a full refund. Inform us via info@nonahandbags.com to cancel your order.
