Shipping
Momentarily we ship out orders twice a week. We save up shipments from a few of days of the week, so we can ship them all at once.
Most of our jewelry is in stock. In case the items are not in stock, the jewelry will be made to order; please then allow a maximum of 7-10 days to get your order ready.
If you've ordered a made to order item (it will tell you in the product description), we will contact you via email after placing the order to inform you about the production lead time.
If you've placed an order for multiple items, including an item that has to be made to order; we'll wait with shipping your order until all items are ready.
With every order, you'll receive an email update with shipping information once your order is ready to go.
We are a small company and we prepare and pack all the items ourselves. If we are in any way delayed with shipping your order, we will contact you as soon as possible after placing the order to inform you about the extended shipping time.
We pack all our items in eco-friendly paper and carton - no plastic. We also re-use paper that was used in shipments from our manufacturer to pack our items. It would be great if you could also recycle the paper and carton that was used for your shipment <3
Please note that all prices shown on the website include 21% VAT. If you're a customer within the EU, the VAT rate from your country will be applied in the webshop check-out after entering your address. If you are a customer shopping from outside the EU, the price of the item(s) will be calculated without VAT at the website check-out; after filling in your address information.

Standard shipping is applied to all orders.
Packages will be sent using local services such as DPD, DHL, UPS or Postnl.

Local pick-up
Local customers (Holland and Belgium) have the option to pick-up their order for free at our home atelier in Rotterdam. Select the ‘local pick-up’ option at check-out and we’ll contact you within 24h to make an appointment for pick-up and inform you about the address details.
