Due to new EU packaging regulations coming into effect, we are currently unable to ship to certain EU countries. We are working to put the necessary arrangements in place and hope to resume shipping to these destinations as soon as possible.

Duties & custom fees
Duties, customs fees, and import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking your local import rules so you know what to expect.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the order. In case you wish to return your order, please contact us at info@nonahandbags.com for further instructions. We can provide you with a return shipping label (only available for EU orders). Please note that refunds will only be given for the item itself, excluding shipping costs. We withhold a flat rate of €8,50 from your refund to cover for the return shipping costs.
To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received.
The return of the purchase is at the expense and risk of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any items that were lost during the return process. NONA will commit to refund your purchase within a maximum of 30 days, after receiving the returned items.
Order cancellations
Order cancellations must be made within 24h of placing the order - before shipping - to receive a full refund. You can submit an order cancellation request via the form below or contact us at info@nonahandbags.com to cancel your order.
