Custom requests

We have two openings per month for custom requests. We have opened up a booking system that shows our availability to book your custom request. 

How it works

Custom requests are available to book in our Setmore calendar for the 1st (or first Monday) of each month. We have two slots available each month for custom requests.

Bookings require a standard pre-payment of €150. Please note that the appointment made via our Setmore calendar is not a physical appointment or video call that you need to attend. After making your booking, we will be in touch with you via email to go over your bag and color wishes.

We always have some leather options available in our atelier, but we can also source a specific color at our local leather store. In case we need to find you something new, we will arrange a leather sourcing session (via WhatsApp) with an additional cost of €35. We'll schedule a trip to our local leather store to handpick 3-4 leather suggestions, that we'll forward to you via WhatsApp.

If we cannot find you a fitting leather option, your custom request can be cancelled. You’ll receive a refund of your pre-payment minus a €15 leather consultation fee. 

After deciding on the right leather, we can start the production of your bag. Please note that the production lead time of your bag is 4-5 weeks after confirming your leather choice. 

When your bag is ready, we will send you pictures and arrange the second payment. The second payment depends on the price of the bag model plus additional fees, like leather sourcing (€35), other customizations and shipping. Payments can be paid via our online payment provider.

Custom requests require a standard pre-payment of €150 upon making your booking. The second payment depends on the price of the bag plus additional fees like leather sourcing (€35) and other customizations. 

For other small customizations (e.g. the length of the shoulder strap, adding a zipper), an additional fee will be added to your second payment after confirming the price with you. 

All custom orders are handmade in our own atelier in Arnhem (NL) and have different prices (and will be made from different leather) than our online core collection. We offer the following models to be custom made:
